Air. All Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 Central Time for Next Day Air shipment are
scheduled for delivery on Monday. The tracking number for your shipment will be sent from UPS

Return Policy: Laguiole Carving Sets will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase,
with all the original packaging and in original condition for exchange or credit of purchase price.
Credit will be issued to the card used to make the purchase - no cash refunds.
No returns after 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer
pays return shipping charges.
Used merchandise may not be returned under any conditions.
All returns must be sent by UPS. You must call or email us to get a return authorization number to
return an item. Please put the Return Authorization Number on the return shipping label. Items
returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. If returned by Postal, shipment will
be refused by our warehouse.
Lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects on all products. Thirty days from Laguiole Carving
Sets. After 30 days return to cutler in France.
After 30 days products must be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement for
manufacturing defects.
Refused Delivery: Any order that is refused by the customer when UPS delivers will be
charged the shipping charge and an equal amount return shipping charge.
International orders: International orders have a minimum product dollar amount of $100.00.
By placing an international order, the customer assumes all risk of confiscation en route and is
responsible for all customs and brokerage charges. Our charges cover shipping charges only.
Customers who refuse the shipment will have the return shipping charges deducted from the refund.
